This policy applies exclusively to jewellery purchased from RCPK JEWELLERS PVT LTD outlets.
By availing of our buyback or exchange services, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
Plain Gold Jewellery
• Exchange Policy: 100% of the gold value at current gold rates.
• Buyback Policy: 92% of the gold value at current gold rates.
Note: Exchange and purchase values are based on the current gold weight and prevailing gold rates.
Electro Foaming Gold Jewellery
• Buyback & Exchange Policy: 90% of the gold value at prevailing gold rates.
Natural Diamonds
• Exchange Policy: 90% of the diamond value and gold value at 100% of present market gold rates.
• Buyback Policy: 90% of the diamond value and gold value @ 92% of present market gold rates.
Lab-Grown Diamonds
• Exchange Policy: 80% of the lab-grown diamond value and gold value @ 100% of present market gold rates.
• Buyback Policy: 80% of the lab-grown diamond value and gold value @ 92% of present market gold rates.
Making Charges
• 100% of making charges will be deducted on all types of jewellery during buyback or exchange.
Purity and Durability
• Purity of gold is guaranteed for life.
• Durability of jewellery is not guaranteed, as it depends on individual usage.
• Any wear and tear or weight loss in gold is the customer’s responsibility.
Return Deduction
• Whenever a customer returns an item under the buyback policy, an additional deduction of ₹1700/- will be applicable along with the above terms.
