1. Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellation requests beyond this period may not be accepted.

2. If a customer is dissatisfied with a delivered product, they may raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. Our shipping team will arrange pickup. Return requests beyond this period may not be accepted.

3. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original mode of payment after quality inspection of the returned product.

4. Customized or personalized jewellery orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
