• Digital gold transactions under Piggy Bank Gold by RCPK,
• Customer accounts and loyalty benefits, and
• Any offers, promotions, or communication through RCPK digital platforms.
RCPK Jewellers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the services or these Terms at any time, without prior notice.
2. Definitions
• “Company” / “We” / “Us” / “Our” refers to RCPK Jewellers Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, and authorized representatives.
• “User” / “Customer” / “You” refers to any person who visits, registers, or transacts through our Website or Mobile Application.
• “Jewellery” means pre-designed or custom-designed ornaments made of gold, silver, platinum, or other metals, with or without gemstones or diamonds.
• “Piggy Bank Gold” means RCPK’s digital gold savings plan where customers can purchase, accumulate, and redeem 24KT gold.
• “Account” refers to a registered customer profile on our platforms.
3. Description of Services
RCPK Jewellers provides online and offline access to:
• Purchase and customization of gold, diamond, and silver jewellery.
• Accumulation and redemption of digital gold via the Piggy Bank Gold platform.
• Information, offers, and updates related to RCPK’s products and services.
• Customer support through digital and showroom channels.
Product visuals and descriptions on the Website or App are indicative. Variations may occur due to photography, screen settings, or manual craftsmanship.
4. Registration & Account
To make a purchase or use Piggy Bank Gold, customers must register by providing accurate personal details such as name, contact information, and valid identification.
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any unauthorized use of your account should be reported immediately.
• RCPK reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of company or regulatory policies.
5. Orders & Payments
A. Retail Purchase
Customers may:
• Select and add items to their cart,
• Customize jewellery (where applicable),
• Confirm their order through secure online payment.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
B. Product Availability
Jewellery displayed online is subject to availability. In rare cases where an ordered item becomes unavailable, RCPK will offer a suitable alternative or issue a full refund.
C. Advance & Part Payments
RCPK may accept part payments as advance bookings. Any balance amount must be cleared prior to dispatch or delivery. In case of cancellation after manufacturing, the advance amount may be adjusted or forfeited as per policy.
6. Product Variance & Pricing
• Product weight and pricing may vary slightly due to manual finishing and manufacturing tolerances.
• RCPK reserves the right to revise gold rates and product prices at any time based on market fluctuations.
• Typographical or system errors in pricing will be corrected, and such errors do not bind the Company to honor incorrect prices.
7. Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are shipped through reputed, insured logistics partners.
• Recipients must provide a valid Government-approved ID proof (Aadhar, PAN, Voter ID, Passport, etc.) at the time of delivery.
• Delivery will only be made to the registered name and address provided at the time of purchase.
• If the parcel is found tampered or damaged, customers are advised not to accept the package.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors like weather, festivals, or courier delays.
8. Gifting
If an order is marked as a gift:
• The invoice value will be displayed externally as required by law.
• The recipient must show a valid ID during delivery.
• Any gift tax or additional charges will be borne by the purchaser.
9. Certification
• All gold and diamond jewellery sold by RCPK are Hallmarked and accompanied by authentic certification from recognized agencies (e.g., BIS, IGI, SGL).
• Certificates must be retained for exchange or buyback eligibility.
10. Resizing & Repairs
• RCPK offers free ring resizing for eligible designs within specific limits.
• If resizing requires additional gold or gemstones, charges will apply.
• Repairs for damaged products will be done at nominal cost, depending on the extent of damage.
• Shipping charges for repair/resizing are to be borne by the customer.
11. Piggy Bank Gold Terms
1. Minimum purchase value: ₹200 per transaction.
2. Customers can invest any number of times per month, at their convenience —no fixed monthly commitment.
3. Digital gold balance can be redeemed for:
o Cash (sellback to RCPK at live buyback rate),
o Physical delivery (coins/bars), or
o Jewellery purchase (subject to making/wastage charges).
4. Gold rates fluctuate daily. RCPK shall not be liable for any market-driven price variations.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, images, brand names, and materials displayed on RCPK platforms are the intellectual property of RCPK Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
13. Limitation of Liability
RCPK is not liable for:
• Technical issues or downtime of the Website/App.
• Indirect or consequential losses due to delay, system error, or force majeure events.
• Market-related gold rate fluctuations.
All transactions are conducted at the customer’s discretion and risk.
14. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless RCPK Jewellers, its directors, employees, and partners from any claim or demand arising due to violation of these Terms or misuse of services.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Siliguri, West Bengal.
