Order, Delivery & Refund Policies

1. Order Cancellation Policy Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellation requests made beyond this period may not be accepted. Customized or personalized jewellery orders are not eligible for cancellation.

2. Replacement Policy Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Our shipping team will arrange pickup of the product. Requests made beyond 24 hours may not be accepted.

3. Refund Policy Refunds will be processed within 1–2 working days after the returned item is received and verified. Customized or personalized jewellery orders are not eligible for refunds.

4. Order Delivery Timeline In-stock items: Delivery will be completed within 7 days. Out-of-stock items: Delivery will be completed within 20 days.
