Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy

1)  Return Processing : Returns will be processed within 2–4 days after the item is received.

2) Refund Policy :

  • Refunds will be initiated after successful verification of the returned item.
  • The refunded amount will be credited within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

3) Replacement / Exchange :

  • Once the returned item is received and the issue is verified, the replacement process will be initiated.
  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued as per the refund policy.
  • Replacement or exchange orders will be delivered within 7–10 working days.
